    I have been on and off MFP since 2012
    I got serious about it December 2 2013 when I was diagnosed diabetic with high blood pressure
    since then I have lost 44lbs
    by watching what I eat and exercise

    Started at 265lb
    Lost 120lb in 3 years
    Regained 40lb over next 6 years (maintenance is a B*)
    Lost 20lb in last 4 months
    At 166lb today
    Aiming for 155lb (my upper threshold for a normal BMI)
    Anything below that is a bonus

    86 pounds since July 2013...that includes about 2 months of slacking off and drinking WAY more beer than I should have.

    Lost 156# in 17 months. Lost and gained the same 3-5 pounds for the last 7 months, but have been smack in the middle of the health range for my height for 2 weeks now. Have been committed to MFP for 2 years on 3/12/14.

    I'm just starting.....10 weeks, 11 pounds lost. I am doing heavy lifting, so the scale movement is slower but I look like I've lost more than 11 because I'm more toned and tighter. I am also not starving myself - doing about 30 minutes of intense cardio plus an hour of heavy lifting 5 days a week and eating about 1700 calories a day on average.

    When I first started, I lost 25 lbs. in 6 months. It took another 3 months to take off the last 10 lbs. My goal had been to lose 20 lbs originally.
