    Deload for a week by picking up kittens instead, make sure you're eating and sleeping enough, and then try again next week.

    - a key to a zoo,
    - some kind of large cat carrier
    - meat scented underpants
    - 3 Red Bulls
    - 4 Packs of D batteries
    - A golf club
    - 2 buckets of Ice

    As a starter: "Can we share the machine?" and that's how you can actually start a conversation IN THE GYM.
