Walked an hour and a half. I could barely make it back up the steps to my apartment because I was doing squats yesterday.. my legs were broken this morning I could barely sit down to use the bathroom. I can't even sit in a chair I had to plop down in my bed.

NROL Hypertrophy IB high wt low rep (which is relative of course). Learned today that lifting is like running - you can have off days. Wanted to increase the weight from last time - could do the deadlift, but my arms refused to move it anyhigher. Had to take 15lbs off my last wt. But got 'er done.

    Will cycle home.

    cheers

Yesterday I did Lower A day and made up Monday's Upper A. My legs were not liking the 20 lb increase on the leg extension and leg curl machines. At. All. I don't understand why they don't at least go up in 10 lb increments.

ETA today is cardio day. Not sure what I want to do. Those hill sprints gave me awesome DOMS last week, I might do those again.

Training for my 2nd duathlon on September 27th. After 4 days of workouts, today was a rest day. Has thought to do a yoga session, but was plain buggered out! Maybe later on...

Probably biking for an hour and a half, wanted to swim/water jog today for 75-90 minutes, and then wanted to do kettlebells or running for 30.

Depending on how I feel after work, I'll either go for a jog or a long walk.

Was supposed to be 90 mins of Ultiamte Frisbee and 4 or so hours of chasing my 1 year old around, instead it will be 5-6 hours of chasing Penelope and 45 mins of heavy lifting.

Yesterday: Squat, hack squat, leg presses. calf raises.
Today: Incline Chest Press, decline dumbbell flys, cable crossovers, SS tricep press-downs and extensions. Get that in under an hour and some core work perhaps.
