    8.19 Tues - treadmill... 2.5 speed, 45 minutes
    8.20 Wed - treadmill... 2.5 speed, 25 minutes
    8.21 Thurs- treadmill... 2.4 speed, 30 minutes and 3 sets of 10 light weight (3 lb) for arms...
    8.26 Tues- yoga, 20 minutes
    8.27 Wed- fat blasting circuit, 10 minute workout on youtube
    8.28 Thurs- yoga, 20 minutes
    8.29 Fri- legs and arms with Sadie Lincoln, 10 minute workout on youtube
    8.30 Sat- strength training with light weights for arms
    9.2 Tues- yoga, 20 minutes
    9.3 Wed- treadmill... 2.5 speed, 30 minutes
    9.4 Thurs- yoga, 20 minutes

    Monday, Wednesday & Friday i plan to do cardio exercises, Tuesday's & Thursday's i will do yoga and Saturday i'll do light weights for my arms...

    What is today's personal goals? Exercising, tracking, water, getting back to ticker weight.

    Wed - Biking 8.5 miles - 47 min.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? took my brother inlaw to the doctor's office - hurt his back. (During my workout time.) I ended up walking for a half hour before I picked my daughter up at school.
    What would I have done differently? not go to bed sick/full
    What is today's personal goals? check in, eat well and the elliptical (40 mins)

    What would I change? I would make better choices in food

    I'm new to this feed... But I just started training for a Half Marathon on October 18th, so I'm going to need all the motivation in the world. So, If this keeps me accountable I'll do it. I guess I just fill this out with my own answers? Here goes nothing!

    ● What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 40 minute HIIT workout without dying and HH without indulging.
    ● What would I have done differently? More water... I'm so bad at water. Which is weird because I LOVE it. I'm just forgetful.
    ● What is today's personal goals? Drink tons of water, own the s**t out of my run!

    Hi, I'm new to this post but have been using my fitness pal for a while now! Since having my daughter Lana in January I've managed to shift 3.5 stones of pregnancy weight, but have recently hit a brick wall and need some sort of support to make me stick to my healthy eating and exercise to lose my last 9lbs. This will get me back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 9st 7lb! This is my first goal! My second goal is to then lose a further 4lbs to get back to the weight I was when I got married in 2011.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Step class
    What would I have done differently? Not eaten the extra crackers & cheese that I didn't need!
    What is today's personal goals? keep calories down and eat healthy home cooked food

    ● What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ran 2.9 miles. Slowly, but surely! and remembered to foam roll... After 2.9 miles, your body doesn't really let you forget.
    ● What would I have done differently? Worn my Free's. Pegs are too much 'shoe' for me.
    ● What is today's personal goals? Today is a rest day, but it's National Cheese Pizza day - and I kinda want a slice, but I have to make it count, so I'm thinking about getting in another workout today... Maybe a HIIT.

    Hmmmm.....I posted a couple days ago but not here! Oh well............ I do have a question. I haven't narrowed it down, but when I post to my iPhone it doesn't sync to the website. The only way to get to the community page is to go to the full website isn't it? I think when I log food on my iPad app it syncs but not my iPhone it doesn't. I think. I forget what I use when! Just depends where I am and what I'm doing! Can anyone shed light? It's so good to see so many new pps! Not that i don't like seeing the old ones! Not that I'm calling you old either! :tongue: There is something comforting about coming in here and seeing you all!!!!!!!:flowerforyou:

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? FINALLY broke below my last low! Couple of weeks I've been bouncing around the same 4 lbs!
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Tracked everything. Really planned my food for the day. Raining so did more treadmill instead of walking
    What would I have done differently! Done more exercise
    What is today's goal? Track and eat clean! Get church books and budget DONE this weekend! I'm so good at procrastinating! If I could be as good at weight loss and exercising! :grumble:

    What would I have done differently! Absolutely nothing (except remember to track)
    What is today's goal? Track. Don't drink all my calories at the boat club! Clean off dining room table of all my church paperwork!
