I like to chase after cars whilst shouting "YOU CAN'T ESCAPE THE TRUTH" at their drivers for as long as my legs and heart will allow me to. Then I rest and repeat, that's my HIIT workout. If I feel like doing steady state cardio, I just chase after cyclists instead.0

Started my first day of the Couch to 5k
 Yay!!!
My schedule got messed up, so I couldn't get to the gym before I had to go home yesterday. I have to go today to make up yesterday's, and when I get home I have a couple of trees to cut down, which will be my cardio. Just CallMeLumberjackDammit!0

In the pool, nice and early today.
Wasn't 'feeling' the laps today so fell sharply short of my mile. But I did spend the same amount of time in the pool doing both the water aerobic class and then put on buoyancy ankle wraps and belt and 'jogged' for 30 minutes.0

I'm at work for 8.5 hours today and I am standing the whole time except for 10-20 min breaks every hour or so which is when I sit down for a few minutes or walk around. That's not technically activity but it's better than sitting. Also I'm kind of dancing in between calls ( I interpret video phone calls in sign language) and did some squats. I might go on my exercise bike at home but that'll be late at night so we shall see. Oh, I've been doing like.. "toe taps" on this box I rest my feet on (I alternate standing on either foot), I'm trying to stay moving even if its' just moving side to side while I'm not on a call.0
