    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not sure
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? didn't set any
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a walk
    What would I have done differently? log and check in
    What is today's personal goals? check in, eat well and swim (today is the first day the Y pool has been open since March. The Y is going through a major renovation. So happy the pool is open again :-) Thought I wouldn't make a mile but I did it. :bigsmile:

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? chose a healthy jacket potato over a burger when out at Romiley Show
    What would I have done differently? Not then been persuaded to have a chinese for tea by my hubby! Did control the portion size though to build in the right amount of calories, but totally aware that this was not a healthy meal!
    What is today's personal goals? Get back on track with the healthy eating

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Forgot to check in sso none set but I remembered to track food & exercise
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Great day and didn't work so walked to doctor appointment and walked at night w husband as usual. Already logged tomorrow's food for day! We decided what eating and when so had time to put it in. I can change if necessary. Feel good that tomorrow is planned!
    What would I have done differently? Could have done exercise when first got up and didn't
    What is today's goal? Track. Check in tomorrow night when I have time.!

    Went for annual physical today! Doc didn't growl at me for gaining weight like he usually does. Had lost 12 lbs since I was last there but when I told him I had gained since was there and lost 19 in about 2 months! He was shocked and very pleased! Yeah! I liked not getting scolded! LOL. :bigsmile:

    Went for annual physical today! Doc didn't growl at me for gaining weight like he usually does.     Got to my yoga class and there was not a soul there. I guess I got my wires crossed. They did
    get a phone call and an email about this.

    What is today's personal goals? Yoga class, didn't happen, drink my water, track everything, get back
    to ticker weight.

    Mon - Biking 11 miles - 55 min - got to the 12-14 MPH first time - WOOT WOOT
    Tues - No yoga class, Walked on the trail 45 min - 3 miles

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Not feeling well and rained all day so didn't walk outside but still got some treadmill done even though under the weather. Stuck to my meal plans that I put in last night.
    What would I have done differently? Could have done exercise when first got up and didn't

    changing up my routine a bit the next two weeks due to changes in my schedule...

    What would I have done differently? nothing...
    What is today's personal goals? check in, log food and exercise.

    9.7 Sun- yard work... 180 minutes
    9.8 Mon- yoga, 20 minutes
    9.9 Tues- some leisurely walking around mall, Target

    Monday, Wednesday & Friday i plan to do cardio exercises, Tuesday's & Thursday's i will do yoga and Saturday i'll do light weights for my arms...

    What would I have done differently? log and check in - I do such a great job logging everything until dinner then I really don't access my computer (since I'm on it all day) and I'm not a fan of logging on my phone. Need to plan and log ahead of time.

    me last night got it straightened out.:happy:

    on getting back to ticker weight.

    it was hot and humid outside.

    What is today's personal goals? Exercise -done, drink my water, track all meals

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Had to use my exercise calories and over on fat and sodium :cry:
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? When I logged everything and saw that I was over I did another 1/2 hr on treadmill even though I was tired.
    What would I have done differently? Wouldn't have eaten as big of lunch but had an appreciation luncheon for our hospital auxiliary. Didn't need to eat the dessert though!
    What is today's goal? Stay under without using exercises. Should be sunny tomorrow so can walk outside.
