    P90X3 Agility X and Tone It Up's Abs and Arm Frisky Fall workout. 60 minutes total.

    Tempo run on the treadmill - 2nd this week! W00t! - but then I'm not cycling this week. 2.84 miles in 25 min. Goal is to return to 3.12 miles in 25 min or under.

    3X6-8 weighted pullups w/ 20 lbs
    3X8 Iso-Lat Row w/ 300 lbs Super Set 45lb plate upright rows for 12
    3X8-10 V-Bar Row w/ 140
    3X6-8 deadlift 225
    3x8-10 Incline DB curl

    Saturday: NROL Hypertrophy 2A - 6set sof 3, then a 2 mile walk wit the dog
    Sunday: 2.5 mile walk with dog
    Today: Tempo run on the treadmill - 2.9 miles 25:01 - will cycle to meet my wife - about 6K today.

    10m warmup on the treadmill

    Squats
    warmup 135x10
    work sets 235x5, 235x5, 235x5 (new PR for 5 reps)

    Leg press
    warmup 270x10
    works sets 450x10, 450x10

    Leg extensions
    work sets 125x10, 125x10

    Deadlift
    work sets 235x5, 235x5, 235x5

    Prone leg curl
    work sets 130x10, 130x10

    Calf raises on the hack press
    work sets 110x10, 110x10

    Shoulder mobility exercises with a PVC pipe.

    Practiced front squat and power clean movements & form with a PVC pipe.

    This afternoon....
    C25k W1D3 or (if my energy level is higher) Zone 4 cardio.

    P90X Chest/Shoulders/ Tri's!! First time in 2 yrs I did the One Armed Pushups! Got 5 of them bad boyz!! AND finally got some Plyo/Clap pushups- 12 to be exact! Don't have trouble w/ pushups in general- but those 2 styles have been my nemesis!

    Got a few hours of tennis tonight against a VERy tough opponent. I see LOTS of HIIT rallies in my future. lol
  • This morning I did 15 minutes of a dynamic warm up and stretching routine. Then I did 5 sets of 3 touch and go power cleans with 155#. Then 50 pull up followed by 50 push ups, which took me 9:18.

    I can't believe how long it took me to find this freaking thread! I'm doing All Pro medium day tonight. Might walk to the gym, too, if I get home early enough.

    Will be going to the gym after work! Usual workout: 20 minutes of stationary bike (fat burn program), 40 minutes if weight machines, 20 minutes more of stationary bike (fat burn program)
