Prone leg curl

Calf raises on the hack press
work sets 110x10, 110x10
Shoulder mobility exercises with a PVC pipe.
Practiced front squat and power clean movements & form with a PVC pipe.
This afternoon....
C25k W1D3 or (if my energy level is higher) Zone 4 cardio.

P90X Chest/Shoulders/ Tri's!! First time in 2 yrs I did the One Armed Pushups! Got 5 of them bad boyz!! AND finally got some Plyo/Clap pushups- 12 to be exact! Don't have trouble w/ pushups in general- but those 2 styles have been my nemesis!0

Got a few hours of tennis tonight against a VERy tough opponent. I see LOTS of HIIT rallies in my future. lol0

This morning I did 15 minutes of a dynamic warm up and stretching routine. Then I did 5 sets of 3 touch and go power cleans with 155#. Then 50 pull up followed by 50 push ups, which took me 9:18.0

I can't believe how long it took me to find this freaking thread! I'm doing All Pro medium day tonight. Might walk to the gym, too, if I get home early enough.0

Last night I ran for 4:20 before I felt like I was going to be in trouble, because I forgot to use my inhaler before I left for the gym. That's the longest I've run without stopping so far. Tonight is All Pro light day.0

'TV-walking' to get my step goal of the day in. (It's 6374 today according to my Vivofit and I'm working my way up to a steady 10,000 a day. I do get there every now and again but want to make it an every day thing.)0 -

I wonder how many calories I've burned using the search function to find the threads I posted in before the forum change. Yesterday was All Pro heavy day, week 5. I have to use the same weights for upper body again. I got all the reps in except for curls, but form sucked. I can move up on lower, though. Tonight is intervals on the treadmill.0

Walk to and from work, twice (not all that great...I basically live across the street.) and grocery shopping. Feeling a bit under the weather so getting out of bed was about the extent of my workout today. Love the deck of cards...I did that a year ago...stopped when I gained some weight back. Really, REALLY, need to put that back into daily rotation...I know just where it is! Thanks for reminding me!0
