i am totally back...i am signing up today for a 25k in may so i will need to be moving and grooving to be ready for it

I am not sure if I will be able to check in daily but I am shooting for 360 min again and I will always check in when I can and on the weekends. Last week I was 70 min short.
Mon: 90 min = 35 min Elliptical, 10 min bike and 45 min weights...................270 to go!

Not too bad for my first week back at working out. Saturday and Sunday I didn't really dare workout because my back was pretty sore from Fire 55. My sister and I determined that I ought to start out easier and not do any Turbo Fire workouts yet, that I need to work up to it. So for now I'm gonna just do elliptical training, walking, light lifting with just bench pressing, and some light modifying Turbo Jam. Maybe by mid-Feb I will feel up to starting Turbo Fire again, but i guess only time will tell.

I am so up for this as February is a big month for me to push as I have a goal of losing 6.5 during Feb to make my goal of 170 by my birthday on 3/1. I know I need to kick up my exercise so this will really work for me. My goal is 360 minutes of exercise this week:

Wednesday: 60 minute Walk
Thursday: Turbo Jam
Friday: Turbo Jam - Elliptical
