Mon: zumba + treadmill = 60mins/600calories.....300mins/ 3000 calories to go
Tues: hip hop step = 60 mins/660 calories.....240mins/2340 calories to go
Wed: turbo kick ?....... fell asleep right after work, ugh. no workout.......240mins/2340 calories to go
Thurs: zumba.....

i wish i had this much time and motivation every week!!! 2 snow days in a row gave me no excuse but to get some extra sweat time in my run today was only about 5 miles, but it was a lot up hill and a lot of manuevering thru snow so i guess i got my heart burning!!!
oh and my reward comes in just less than 2 months when i rock my wedding dress and make my fiance's jaw drop when i walk down the aisle it is what keeps me from hitting snooze every morning0 -
