We have a village nearby called clithero.. Yes it does say *kitten* hero!! Fortunately it is pronounced with a th not a t but it's amusing to see on signs

I have driven through it...we all felt uncomfortable : )

Aso...when people leave my work we have to fill in a "discharge form" which sounds minging.

And this semester in a tutorial we talked about Penal substitution - which really actually isnt rude! its about Jesus!

At a recent spinning class, the instructor yelled out "Don't touch your levers!" The men looked mildly amused but us women couldn't stop laughing out loud!! It took us several minutes to recover and regain focus!!

Was scrolling through the channels late one night and came across this listing on PBS:

    "Richard Bangs' Adventures with Purpose"

Some people's parents just don't think. :noway:

Due to all the basketball that my husband has been watching all weekend, I have heard grown men say the word "penetration" WAY too many times!

In the restaurant industry, the giant tubes of ground beef, and I'm talking like 10-20lb tubes are called "chubs". Always makes me giggle.

"Hey. Can you grab a 10lb chub from the walk-in?"
Then the line cook walks out with it in an incredibly suggestive placement. All kitchen humor is preverse in nature.

Also, there is a machine that rolls dough out to thin sheets called a "sheerer". I've also hear it called a sheeter.
But I remember going through culinary school and seeing one for the first time and there was a little sign on the machine that said,

"Don't put your fingers in the hopper.". Imagine 25 new students giggling during the tour.

Ha! Nice to know I’m not the only immature one to giggle at such things.

My co-worker and I laugh at people’s names a lot!!

    Crystal Johnson always gets me.

    And the last name Tinkle.

And being a Nascar fan, I just can’t help it… Jimmy Johnson (besides being repetitive) is very funny to me!!
    :blushing:

    How about **** Trickle?

There are a couple of companies here (Victoria, BC) with great slogans

Scaffolding company - "Follow me for great erections"
*crap* I can't remember the other one.

    Pat the bunny
the whole pat the bunny book sounds dirty!

can you play peek-a-boo with Paul?
can you feel daddy's scratchy beard?
can you put your finger in Mummy's ring?

Kum and Go - convenience store chain

You may not have them where you live but they are everywhere here now. Where they first started putting them in here I was like you have got to be kidding me!!

They had those when I lived in Grand Junction, Colorado. We used to call them Spurt and Split.
