Well I did promise a loss this week. It's not a big one, but at least I'm going in the right direction this time. Yesterday was the first good day I've had in a long time (in regards to eating properly).

Awesome Job everyone! Looks like just about everyone is doing really good : )
I doubt i'll lose 7lbs by next week seeing as i've been losing 1 per week but I did up my workouts and bought all healthy foods at the store.. so i'm still doing good and I am still proud of myself for losing consistently. Good luck in the week ahead!!
