The good thing I've done this week is to add another workout to my nightly routine. Now instead of just doing 30 day Shred I'm adding another 30 minute workout. And doing whatever else I can to stay active; i.e walking, playing catch with my son, etc.
Hopefully next week the extra stuff will pay off!0 -

The great thing I did this week was fit into jean carpi's that I haven't worn in years! All of my other jeans are falling off of me. Who knew that 10 lbs would make so much of a difference!?0 -
A small gain this week, but hopefully my "switch up" will help. I will add in one more weight lifting class, and one more cardio class (either zumba or aquafit).

Reaching ONE-derland when I weighed in at 199.2.. One NSV is that I was able to put on two shirts I was unable to fit in the past.. they're snug, but not obscenely so
I'll post my official weight stats on Sunday a.m. - hopefully I can drop another lb between now and then Then I'll be on track for meeting my first mini-goal of 197.2 on 4/140 -

Im down another 1lb this week so now at 135
Hope you are all doing well and if not then try and stay focussed. I didnt lose for 3 weeks in a row and was ready to give up but I stuck with it and now for 3 weeks Ive lost 1lb each week so the hard work does pay off so keep at it0 -
