Finally back to my initial weight! And that's pretty good for me right now :bigsmile:

Current weight: 198lbs.
Last weeks weight: 198.4lbs.
Goal weight 6/9/11: 180lbs.
Total goal weight: 145lbs.
Weight for 4/10/11: 198lbs.
I've really got to do a big change up in my workouts...glad that this is what thus weeks challenge is. Also gonna have to make sure I keep up with this challenge...that's one of my own challenges lol. Everyone have a great week ;0)0 -

Pulled a muscle in my leg a week ago Friday so I had to stop running. It's getting better now. Starting the 24 day challenge with Advocare this week. Been doing as much uppper body strength training/abs as I can since I could barely walk for the last week.0 -

I've been trying to be mindful about eating every few hours, and today I did Level 1 30 Day Shred and a 25 minute bellydancing video just for giggles. Still trying to figure out my shiny new heart rate monitor and was getting incredibly pissed that it wasn't tracking my calories burned...until I hit the "start" button. *sigh* so anyway, back to it!
