    Well I'm super late but just for today I will log everything I eat, good or bad. Just for today I will drink half a gallon of water.

    Just for tomorrow:
    1. I'm going to try to listen to my hunger cues, instead of just eating because there is food there
    2. I'm going to try not to stress if I only have a certain amount of calories left
    3. I'm going to stop berating myself if I fail
    Much the same as yesterday's and todays goals, but it's a constant process with me trying to feel 'alright' about getting near to what I'm allowed.

    I love this idea!

    Just for today I will not drink my calories. Water/coffee/tea only.
    Just for today I will exercise for at least 30 minutes.

    1. I will not let myself worry over things I have no control over, and use food as a comfort.
    2. I will work harder at drinking minimum of 8 glasses of water
    3. I will get in my walk tonite
    4. I will work to stay within my calorie limit

    I am really loving to hear all the responses here. Many of the things you guys write makes me think about our commitments to a healthier lifestyle - no matter what the number on the scale says.

    I also love that this is "just for today". Somehow that is helping me this week as well!

    Stop berating myself if I fail -- wow, this is a big one. This is something I really have to work on - going to put that also in my just for today things!

    1. Stay within my calorie limit and log all my food.
    2. Work out at the gym
    3. Avoid buying candy
    4. Not eat after dinner
    5. Think positively about myself and my life.

    Love this thread. Just for today I will not eat chocolate.

    Sugar, and specifically chocolate, is my downfall. Once I have some, I can not get enough. Emotionally I am not ready to give it up completely, but I can for one day.

    3. Just for today, I will vision myself at my goal weight, feeling and looking healthy, and keep that vision alive.

    Loving this thread... I am going to jump in I have some goal to meet for the upcomming christmas season too.... I am the same with sugar I do amazing if I have none but I try to do moderation and let a little in and it all falls apart.
    Just for Today...
    1. Just for Today I will not eat sugary foods because they are there.
    2. Just for Today I will get 20 mins of exercise.
    3. Just for Today I will log all my food, no excuses.

    I got into the trail mix last nite, and ate more than I wanted to. So ... just for today .....
    1. I will work out for min 10 minutes on the ellipitical. Done -- did 20 minutes. YAH!
    2. I will take the time to plan my meals for dinner this week. Done - took me 30 minutes, but now I know what we are having for dinner each week.
    3. I will go on a long walk this afternoon
    4. I will not let yesterdays failure stop me from staying on track today. Yesterday is over - today is a new day!

    Was in Canada this weekend with no computer access and they don't have community on the phone app. :neutral_face: It has been a rough Monday....

    Just for today I will push aside the negative and focus on the positive.
    Just for today I will skip vegetating on the couch and actually exercise.
