Good morning,
This is my first week back on in a while, so I'm actually doing quite well and have that "newbie" excitement. So it's kind of hard to do the "just for todays." Some of mine might relate to how I feel about myself instead of weight loss.
Just for today, I will hold my head up high and like myself.
Just for today, I will treat exercise as a gift instead of as a chore.

Just for tomorrow:
- I'm going to try to listen to my hunger cues, instead of just eating because there is food there
- I'm going to try not to stress if I only have a certain amount of calories left
- I'm going to stop berating myself if I fail

I am really loving to hear all the responses here. Many of the things you guys write makes me think about our commitments to a healthier lifestyle - no matter what the number on the scale says.

Stop berating myself if I fail -- wow, this is a big one. This is something I really have to work on - going to put that also in my just for today things!0 -

4. Not eat after dinner

Love this thread. Just for today I will not eat chocolate.
Sugar, and specifically chocolate, is my downfall. Once I have some, I can not get enough. Emotionally I am not ready to give it up completely, but I can for one day.0 -

Loving this thread... I am going to jump in I have some goal to meet for the upcomming christmas season too.... I am the same with sugar I do amazing if I have none but I try to do moderation and let a little in and it all falls apart.
Just for Today...
1. Just for Today I will not eat sugary foods because they are there.
2. Just for Today I will get 20 mins of exercise.
3. Just for Today I will log all my food, no excuses.

I got into the trail mix last nite, and ate more than I wanted to. So ... just for today .....
1. I will work out for min 10 minutes on the ellipitical. Done -- did 20 minutes. YAH!
2. I will take the time to plan my meals for dinner this week. Done - took me 30 minutes, but now I know what we are having for dinner each week.
3. I will go on a long walk this afternoon
4. I will not let yesterdays failure stop me from staying on track today. Yesterday is over - today is a new day!0 -

Was in Canada this weekend with no computer access and they don't have community on the phone app. It has been a rough Monday....
