    thank you so much Elbee1~ i go Monday for a doppler test to see if i have any clots in my legs. we'll work from there. i have quit exercising until then just in case. hope all is well your way. have a great night~

    What would I have done differently? nothing.
    What is today's personal goals? no exercise until after doppler testing...

    Mood today? much better today...

    Mon... stationary bike 50 minutes, fitbit one 5,498 steps
    Tues... fitbit one 6,988 steps (casual)
    Wed... low impact aerobic, fitbit one, stationary bike
    Thurs... fitbit one 10,052 steps, stationary bike
    Fri... fitbit one 4,003 steps... casual steps only... no exercise until after doppler test.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? When Aquafit was cancelled on tuesday we went for a long walk instead
    What would I have done differently? posted here and exercised
    What is today's personal goals? to plan out what to eat with medication better
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) well I just had my first and hopefully last root canal. This is why I haven't been posting the end of the week. A recent crown started hurting a few days ago so went in yesterday. I am on pain medications and antibiotics that I have to take with food every 4 hours even through last night. Had more yogurt than I would otherwise want. Hope it gets better soon.

    What is today's personal goals? walk, weights, eat right (but a little more because I don't think I am getting enough on the days I exercise.)

    thanks Gold K~ feeling blessed~ thank you to all my well wishers and prayer warriors... today was filled with nothing but good news. tentatively (as doctor hasn't had a chance to look at the results yet) my doppler test came back good, no clots... later i went by my heart specialist's office and he said the blood pressure pill i was taking for my fast beating heart was out of my system in 24 hours. i am free to exercise again but will have to keep blood pressure/ heart rates written down until my next visit. he wants to see my numbers drop a bit more. small price to pay for being allowed to exercise again.

    Okay, I blew the calories yesterday, too. So... I think that I need to visit some folks profile page who have lost a lot that are about our age or older. Maybe you and I need some additional motivation... Such as Hanfordrose. Look her up, if you don't know her... she is an amazing woman!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Even though it was a struggle to get going, I completed my daily walk.
    What would I have done differently? Drink more water!
    What is today's personal goals? Drink more water and get my walk on.

    Mood today? Tired - I didn't sleep well last night.

    ELBEE1- Yes my DH got his results from the MRI. Bulging discs L4 and L5. Narrowing of
    - the nerve in front of the leg which was causing the numbness and weakness. Doctor said to continue with the chiropractor and I suggested my Pilates instructor who helped me with my lower back when I thought it would never get better. The doctor is also making an apt with a back specialist to get a second opinion which might take a while to get the apt. Thanks for asking.

    and now has been given exercises to do. Haven't seen him do any
