They aren't affecting my activity at all so have ABSOLUTELY no excuse to have not gotten on treadmill for several days or to not eat clean! Kick me now girls!!!!0 -

Hi I have struggled with my weight seems throughout my life
I am 5ft 1 inch weighing 173 pound and want to get to 123 pound
I tried GM diet, exercising some days, dieting some days but i cant stick for longer so i came to the group for rescue.
I have NSE as i wake up many times in night and cant sleep back without eating at time i eat 4-5 times anytime in night to make me sleep.
Am an emotional eater and eat for fun but i want to reduce everybudy passes comments on my weight and also i feel its happering my sex life, my life with Kid as i am irritable most of the times due to overeating or eating things that my gut doesnt like and end up in cramps but at times i still dont stop . Please help0 -
I had trouble finding you guys ... the changes on MFP are a bit confusing. Another group that I've been keeping in contact with decided to leave. bummer.
anyhow, I've been super busy and stressed at home and work ... that is never good for my weightloss goals. My eating has been out of control, and I'm not working out as much as I should. I'm trying to re-commit today. I have an appointment with my nutritionist tonight, I renewed my subscription for my bodymedia arm band, and hopefully I can get things back on track.
I'll be back tomorrow with a check-in ...

Iwilldoit - Sounds like you are having some health problems. May I suggest a nutritionist to help you with your diet. You should able to sleep if you have the machine to help you breathe. A friend of ours has sleep apnea and he lost weight after using the machine. Have you checked with a doctor about this? By all means join us if it will help.

Hi everyone, my name is Mica. I'm new to the group. I'm 5'1 and I weigh 212 pounds. This is the heaviest I have been, and I'm terrified. In 2013, I had reached 200 pounds, and I dropped down to 160. Due to a job change (which turned out to be a nightmare!), I fell back into old eating habits, and stopped running. I gained back the 40 pounds I lost, and gained an additional 12. I hope to make new friends on MFP. Thanks for listening.
