    Did 25 minutes of walking/running on the treadmill followed by a few minutes of stationary bike at the gym.
    Then later in day I went back and did 20 minutes on AMT

    40 minutes heavy lifting at lunch and an hour cycling with my dogs tonight although that is minimal exertion on my part but the dogs love it

    Bench Press 5/3/1 for a PR for the year, bench 5x10s superset with OHP 5x10s, dips superset with inverted bodyweight rows 5x5, dip station knee/leg raises and 5x10 hammer curls. 5X10 hip thrusts superset with 5x10 crunches and then planks, cooldown and stretching.
