I did 10 minutes of walking very briskly on the treadmill, 20 min of aerobics (I think that is what it was lol) I don't really know but let me tell you PLANKS ARE EVIL!! and 2 sets of lifting weights and 5 minutes of jump rope.0

5 miles on the bike. Then one arm shoulder press, landmine rows, "iron crosses" and 4 minutes of battle ropes

3 hours of Racquetball. Love to beat the youngsters.0

Instead of hiking I cycled on my stationary bike for 30 mins, then worked out about 20 mins with my kettlebell weights, then walked on my treadmill for 30 mins0

yesterday
15 mins elliptical, level 15 resistance at between 5 and 7 kmh
5 mins walking on treadmill at 6kmh and 6% incline
60 mins with demon personal trainer - bench presses, pull ups, squats, ab work, more squats, kettlebell jumping squats, lunges you get the picture
will try to walk around 10K steps but not fussed as long as I'm over 5K steps0 -
Cycled 4k to work. Will cycle 4k back.

Started power cleans, yesterday, after what has to be a 10 year hiatus. LOVED IT
I feel no need to do them heavy and really felt the work before and after.
Went in for a boring 20min/2mile treadmill run: After a few treadmill warm up laps, ended up doing 30 sec sprints on incline for 10 minutes, some 'runners yoga', 4 sets cleans then went to the indoor track for 4 100m sprints. AWESOME workout.
I found doing the treadmill sprints to start, then the track sprints to finish effective because the machine made me hustle, then I let my body do the pushing at the end. Highly recommend it. Sorry, I babbled...0 -

I try and walk everyday, today was good and I got two in! I also do a Jillian video every night. I LOVE MY JILLIAN VIDEOS!0
