I just gave away a kidney a few days back so i'm a little limited on what i'm allowed to do. I probably need more accountability to make sure i don't OVER do it than anything. I seem to be a special snowflake in that i've had no pain from the surgery right from when i woke up but that also means that i might feel fine doing this or that for exercise but could be causing a hernia or internal bleeding while completely unaware. So far i'm just sticking to about an hour on the treadmill in 2 or 3 sessions....walking at a snails pace.0
