    Max Out Sweat (Max 30) this morning. Yoga tonight.

    Today I did stair climbing, 3 sets of 12 push up and 60 squats. I'll also be doing tae bo later on today.

    6.5K run this morning. Now sitting at a desk for 95% of the day, so I'll be hobbling stiffly to my car tonight.

    No time for gym on the days I work and my 4 year old likes to work out with me in the evenings, so I'm sticking to upper body exercises that she can do with her 0.5lb dumbbells and minimal co-ordination. ;)

    Wow all this puts my 'exercise' to shame lol. I went on a walk with my little boy and did 3.2 miles. I also plan on doing an exercise video later.

    P90X3 - The Challenge
    It's my 1st week so I tried to use 24/12 as my numbers. Those Vaulter Pull-ups were much tougher than I thought they'd be. (I'm not sure if it's because I've never done them before or if it's because they're near the end of the workout.)
