    It was too icy last night, so I stayed home and did Jackie Warner's Xtreme Timesaver Training, which kicked my *kitten*. I haven't done circuit training since I started lifting a couple of years ago. C25K tonight.

    I walked 7.25 miles ranging from 2.0 mph to 3.5 mph, 5% to 15% incline. I will probably walk another 3 miles tonight.

    Today was butt day.

    I always warm up with abs- 5 different (varying) ab movements x30
    -Hyperextensions: 25 with 25lb plate, 19 with 35lb plate, 19 with 45lb plate, 15 with 45lb
    -Glute bridges using (+45lb bar): 25 at 90lb, 19 at 140lb, 19 at 160lb, 15 at 165lb
    -Hip abduction (pushing outward): 25 at 170lb, 19 at 185lb, 19 at 200lb, and 15 at 210lb (maxed out machine whaaaa)
    Then I jumped in a yoga class at my gym
