Daily I do 4km (2.5 miles) walking with the dogs in the morning. Then 25km (16 miles) cycling in the afternoon. Calorie burn 1000 - 1200 per day on exercise. So far 9 kg (20 lbs) lost in just under 11 weeks (including Christmas/New Year period).

    1 km swim at noon.
5 km run on the dreadmill after work.
-20 Celsius, 35 km wind, 20 cm snow so no running outside due to windchill hazard
I keep stressing that I'm not doing enough each day, but typing it all out like that makes me realise I'm doing okay!

@ gerry : I would say that you are doing enough/okay. Once we write things down we realize how much we have accomplished. :D

Walked 5 miles to work, 5 miles back, on the iciest sidewalks I've seen this year.
Now I'm gonna go beat that trainer lady at Pushup Challenge in Wii Fit U.

TRX workout, with a little bit of kettlebell stuff thrown in.
  • Everyday I dance about 30 minutes to an hour.
Then afterwards, I would do ballet beautiful workouts on befit :)

Today was a rest day, so I just took my boston terriers for a walk, probably about 45 minutes.

i was going to go to the gym to run on the treadmill a bit, but i had a busy day at work, didn't get to eat much, and now i'm super wiped out. so instead of doing a mediocre run at the gym, i'm going to do this workout at home: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7XyaQNZJv4s , followed by 30 minutes of light, restorative yoga.

then, tomorrow i'll wake up early, have a proper breakfast, and run 10k like i originally wanted to.
