30 minute bike ride, and now I'm about to go do a 30 minute dodge-the-girl-scout-cookie-sellers run/walk. Wish me luck!

Treadmill hills/interval training for 30 minutes, about 2.5 miles total. Then 40 minutes of weight lifting. Total newbie with weights and hope to God I sleep well tonight! I already know I'll be sore in the morning. No pain, no gain, lol.

But seriously, not to the point of injury. But that dull soreness after a hard workout!

I tried the hot yoga class. It was an epic fail.

I've given yoga five chances now, not digging it. I think I may call it quits on that.

Haven't tried the treadmill at gym yet but I do run in place several times s day for short bursts like your squats. Does that count as running?

  • 30 minutes of HIIT this morning, and that about did me in. Recovering from a cold is not fun for the endurance.
