    90 minutes heavy weight lifting this morning. I'll be doing Turbo Fire HIIT 30 class in the evening.

    1hr swim and water jog session, 20 minutes on amt, 10 minutes on elliptical, 15 minutes on espresso bike and 20 minutes of weight/circuit training, felt great!

    This morning at 7am I did a 30 minute interval walking routine to music on the treadmill using #2 and #3 with no incline. I did the same this afternoon at about 1pm and will do so again tonight about 8:30pm.

    I am new, just started on February 13, and doing this 3 times a day I have lost about 4 pounds already. I have 50 more to go.

    3-4 sets each: Push up, hex press, chest fly, tricep pull down, skullcrusher, db clean & press, front raise, lateral raise.

    Yay! I did Insanity last summer and lost 8lbs... It was a killer but I loved the results and energy plus the positive compliments and encouragement from ppl were a wonderful pat on the back. Keep going!!

    Chest and triceps,
    50min elliptical,
    And 1 hr treadmill walking 0% incline/3.8 speed.

    I had coconut water during elliptical to hydrate, and an almond granola bar during treadmill ... Small breakfast before gym.

    I did a kettlebell seminar with Donica Storino. Three and a half hours of learning technique and working on our technique. Ten minute long cycle of swings, jerks and snatches. Ending with 50 jump squats, 100 burpees (with pushup) and 200 abs. I had to break up the burpees with the abs. My poor legs!

    taught a 2 hour skate ski class to 6 boys at our local cross country ski hill.

    Ran 5 minutes on the treadmill at 5mph (hadn't run in a while, wanted to see how long I could go for)
    Elliptical 15 minutes at a hard resistance
    Ran around the track for 3 minutes (to compare against treadmill)
    20 vertical sit-ups
    50 jump... ropes? (not up on my jump rope terminology)
