Was going to do 44 minutes of Gold's Gym but I had a busy busy day so I sneaked in 20 minutes of Zumba cardio0

Today was Hot Yoga (walked to and from but was probably only a 15 walk each way) then thought 'hey, I'm already in workout gear why not just hop on the treadmill and go for a run' (was feeling a bit guilty for being so lazy earlier in the day). So I went and did a 35 min run on the treadmill. My body hates me right now haha.0

Trying to get my workout in before work so for the first time ever I woke at 4am to do 20 minutes of heavy lifting and 15 minutes of hiit. I feel great right now...hopefully I can stick with it!0

I started the day with a low impact Jane Fonda aerobic video before work, I will power walk at lunch, and then I have a date this evening with Billy Blanks for PT 24/7.0
