    I'm refinishing my kitchen cabinets, so sanding doors was my exercise for the day. Arms are sore. Tomorrow is a 5 mile hike in the hills.

    43 mi club ride planned. Decided to run a quick 5K before heading out. File that under "seemed like a good idea at the time." Fast forward to the club ride: I missed a turn and ended up 50 miles. It was a nice day, though, but I bonked hard at mile 45-ish. Luckily I found a half eaten energy bar hiding in a jersey pocket.

    Treadmill, walking uphill at 3.5 miles per hour for 1.5 hours.
  • I did a half hour of yoga and then spent two hours doing yard work.
