I'm refinishing my kitchen cabinets, so sanding doors was my exercise for the day. Arms are sore. Tomorrow is a 5 mile hike in the hills.0

Ran a 7k race this morning.0

43 mi club ride planned. Decided to run a quick 5K before heading out. File that under "seemed like a good idea at the time." Fast forward to the club ride: I missed a turn and ended up 50 miles. It was a nice day, though, but I bonked hard at mile 45-ish. Luckily I found a half eaten energy bar hiding in a jersey pocket.0
