            Saturday and Sunday I worked double shifts. I'm a waitress in a high volume restaurant so I did plenty of walKing and lifting heavy trays. I work again today but I'll still do my 30 minutes to fitness best body workout before work. Although staying is bed is quite tempting!

            The weekends are my version of "go hard" or "go home" so Monday's are a little more relaxed - I'll do 60 minutes on elliptical trainer and 30 minutes of strength training my upper body (my legs are spent).0

            Walked dog outside for 15 mins this morning and then at lunch, ran on the treadmill for 20 mins followed by 10 mins walking. Wish I could fit more time in at lunch but only have an hour to get there, change, workout, shower, and get back to work. So stressful!0

            Yesterday, I got in my 15 mile bike ride, I was hoping for 10 but made it 15. That gives me 43 miles this week on my bike and a 3 mile run...Tonight, is workout night at the gym, no leg exercises just core and upper body...0
