Wednesday = full body 1 set, 4 reps per body parts
Thursday= chest and triceps 4 sets, 4 reps each
Friday = shoulder and biceps 4 sets, 4 reps each
Saturday = squats 1 set 4 reps, 30 minutes cardiovascular either fast walk or bike.
Sunday = OFF
