    I have not been doing the challenges at all! I hope I can try tomorrow :smile:

    I am finally through with this semester YES!!! and I am working off the 4.4 pounds I gained during vacation last week. I've chipped away 3 / 4.4 so far :smile:

    What a great job on the spread sheet inksy. I will try & keep up with the challenges this week.
    I missed fridays C25K so i will be doing it in 5 minutes lol. I am dragging my eldest boy with me & has no idea yet :laugh: :laugh: Well he wanted to know what i do so he can do it with me. I will post how he does later :laugh: I know he has the stamina as he runs around loads as it is.

    MONDAY: Weigh in Day!! Make sure to check in!

    60 Minutes Cardio exercise
    10 Cups Water
    Under Calories

    35 Pushups, and 35 Crunches



    TUESDAY:

    40 Minutes Cardio
    20 Minutes Strength training

    12Cups water ---Tinkle Tuesdays! lol
    Under Calories



    WEDNESDAY:

    50 Minutes of U CHOOSE exercise... choose what you want to do
    50 Crunches
    10 Cups water

    Try to only be UNDER CALORIES by less than 100.



    THURSDAY:

    Eat 6 servings of fruits/veggies.

    60 Minutes Exercise

    8 Cups Water


    FRIDAY:

    10 Cups Water
    Under Calories
    60 Minutes Cardio



    SATURDAY:

    Work outside in your yard or garden if weather permits. Or, go to the park with your family or friends. Ride bikes...walk...etc...

    Pack a healthy lunch with lots of fruit.

    Drink your water!!


    SUNDAY:

    My rest day... choose to do as you like. This is your "me" day.

    I am checking in at 198.0 this week i have lost another pound . I am going to be doing the challanges this week at least drink all my water and get my exercising in .

    I'm here to say I finally lost after no loss for the last 2 weeks!
    SW: 242.6
    Last weeks weight: 242.6
    This weeks... drum roll please..... 238.2!
    That's a wopping 4.4 pounds!

    Oh Yeah!

    I got a big 0 for the week...

    I'm guessing that with being sick and out of the gym for the last week has wrecked me.

    I'm on my way to recovery though. I"m hoping to be back in the gym by the end of the week. Still having some breathing and coughing issues... so I'm not "up to par" yet.

    Great job to those of you who have weighed in this week! Numbers are looking great!

    I weighed in at 140.2! I'm also happy to report that I've lost some inches/gained strength which is really what I'm after!

    I can't measure myself. Everytime I do I get a different number! It goes up and down like crazy! I don't get it. I must have a major malfunction on where I'm measuring and not measuring in the exact same place or maybe I'm sucking in my gut when I shouldn't or vice versa. I don't know, all I do know is that I can't seem to get a consistant number. Even around my neck! That should be easy to measure, right?

    Let me try my post again -- my "highspeed" internet connection at work has been sporadically working today. Fun!
    Anyway, here are my stats:
    SW: 170
    CW 165.5 -- lost 2 lbs this week yea!
    Plus, I lost an inch off my tummy!

    Neck = 13.13 inch
    Waist = 40 inch
    Hips = 48 inch
    Thigh right = 25.4 inch
    Thigh left = 25.2 inch

    I have gained again & I having doing my C25K 3 times a week. Well in 2 weeks i'm having bloods done again, i wonder what it say this time
