Tried this
Similar to Chobani flips, but less calories (smaller size probably). Very satisfying dessert and definitely a win. I wonder how long before Chobani sues Dannon for basically stealing their idea?
I noticed some light and fit crunch yogurts too but I didn't bother with those.0 -
How come every single post is talking about unhealthy, un natural, highly processed, gmo, artificial ingredient, cancer causing, fat adding, unhealthy, fake, made in a lab, unreal "food?" If you are serious about your health and body, life, mood, function, etc..., try walking the perimeter of the grocery store, and check out some actual food. Trust me it's out there, you might be amazed.0

Some of us like to add some fun and "junk" once in awhile. It is all about a balanced diet. I don't think "hey I found some broccoli and plain chicken breasts" is a new to me food to anyone. This is about new foods we want to try .
Also, many of the food posted here is natural and good for you. Have you seen the posts about variety of bars with wholesome ingredients? Paleo simplified bars, bobo oats bars, etc. We post a variety of typical "unhealthy" and "healthy" food as well. It is all about balance, and if that isn't for you, then that isn't for you. But most people like to have a balance. No food is "fat adding" when eaten in moderation and under your calorie limit.

This thread has plenty of healthy well balanced food products but keep in mind this is about NEW food products. Not like there are new fruit and vegetable, lean meat etc that come available on a regular basis.

Everything I eat is real. I don't eat holographic food.
In addition to something sweet or salty, I do try to make sure I eat a fair amount of whole foods for the sake of micronutrients... and because I enjoy them.0 -

Meh, fake food is nothing bad. I used to chew on these.
How the hell did I never choke?!

KIND healthy grains peanut butter dark chocolate bars are the best. They taste sinful but really are pretty great for you. And they're gluten free which is a must for me since I have celiac disease.0

Ah one of those posts.
Because there's nothing 'new' and exciting about fresh veggies, fruit, or meat, lol.
But clearly eating a processed bar or a processed yogurt out of a 2000 calorie diet is a crime0 -
This is my food porn. Keep posting!0

Welcome to MFP and to the MFP Forums; Kudos to you on reading "every single" post in the few days you've been here. Maybe get to know folks and what goes on here before jumping to the conclusion that we'd "be amazed" upon visiting the perimeter of a grocery store0 -

What amazes me about the perimeter of the grocery store these days is the price of fresh veggies. $3 a pound of Broccoli, $5.50 for a small cauliflower. WTF.0 -

ETA: I suppose there's a case to be made that they had to be "processed" by machines and packaged, but the perimeter food in my store was all gown elsewhere and trucked in. Maybe gchuhta did not mean "store perimeter" as much as he meant "local market of locally grown/raised food that one can get to on foot." I'd starve!

I've only been buying frozen veggies lately. Fresh is just so not worth it.0 -
I like using fresh veggies for my dinner and frozen for lunch and recipes.
My local krogers keeps a nice dollar bin of overstocked produce. If you have one around, the 99cent store can have decent fresh produce. I picked up 2lbs of carrots and an eggplant yesterday.0
