I just tried the Birthday Cake ONE Bar I got from the Vitamin Shoppe. Honestly, I was very disappointed and like the Peanut Butter flavor more than this one, which honestly surprises me a lot! It was the first bar I've had that tasted better when I DIDN'T microwave it! For those who are familiar with ANSI's Cheesecake bars, it's very similar to that and the texture was pretty much the same; I'm not a huge fan of the cheesecake bars so that probably explains why I wasn't impressed. To me it tasted too much like whey and it actually wasn't as sweet as I had been hoping, if anything it tasted artificial and the flavors weren't balanced at all. Definitely not something I'd get again, but a lot of people seem to like it so who knows, maybe something is wrong with my taste buds!

Thanks for the review. I bought two boxes on Vitaminshoppe's website today.

I also bought a box of their Cookie Dough flavor & a this

Yes thank you for the review, I still haven't had a chance to pick them up. I never microwave "cake batter" flavored because I think it always tastes better cold. I am a fan of cake batter flavor though. I loved the cake batter complete cookies even though I know not many people were huge fans. I will probably pass on trying to find cake batter and might just try the pb. How were the ANSI bars? I have seen them a lot but have never tried them.

Also @kellyjellybellyjelly Let us know how those are. I assume they would be similar to pure protein bars or supreme protein bars. (which are just mediocre) I wonder if they are worth getting.

For 190 calories & around $12.00-$13.00 for 12 in a box these weren't awful, but nothing extraordinary about the bars.

I loved that the chocolate wasn't chalky like some of the protein bars/protein snacks on the market, the bar was chewy/fudgy like a brownie, & the company didn't skimp on the almonds which was nice.

I could see myself buying a box of the bars again if I were in need of a decent protein snack since the price is a lot lower than most bars.

Seriously- I'm a sucker for red velvet :)

Me too. That's why I stay away

I just checked the Impulsive Buy and saw these. Thankfully, these aren't supposed to come out until January. I would have been miffed if these and cinnamon bun were released so soon together.

Those peppermint star pops are so dang cute.

These I will probably pass on, but I will end up trying the Cinnamon Roll ones eventually.

    Thats just wrong

    What's wrong?

The Brownie flavor was too rich.

    I read somewhere that the Cinnamon Bun Oreos are even better microwaved a little bit, so I tried and agree it makes them much better but overall I'm still not as impressed as I had hoped. Very good, but still could have been better. I won't ever stop obsessing about the Red Velvet version, SOOOO much better, THAT should be the new permanent addition to the Oreo family! c;

I also finally found Dannon's Light & Fit Salted Caramel flavor Greek Mousse after all this time and effort. I liked it a lot more than their other mousse flavors (found it to be less chemical tasting than the coconut one especially), but it still wasn't something I'd go out of my way for since I prefer creamier yogurts and it actually didn't have that strong of a caramel taste. My father who hates the consistency of greek yogurt loves it, however. I'd take the caramel macchiato flavor over it any day, although I haven't seen that one in a while. I'm still trying to find the new Oikos Red Velvet yogurt - if anyone finds it please let me know where you found it ASAP.

If anyone frequents Starbucks I also tried their new Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cake pop, and really liked it! As usual with all their other cake pops I loved the texture and found it very flavorful and sweet ^-^

How long did you microwave the cookie for?

I microwaved two for 25 seconds and definitely recommend it.

I did one cookie for about 12 seconds, but it all really depends on the power of your microwave. For a general rule of thumb I'd try to keep it at least 10 seconds but under 30 seconds, depending how many you throw in there. You don't want it to get so hot the inside melts out on you!

It's not new but it's new to me is the pb2 chocolate. I like it. And it's kind of a nice way to get a chocolate fix without destroying everything!

This morning I mixed oatmeal with PB2 and cooked it in 1% milk, then stirred in 2/3 of a serving of chocolate protein powder... it was so good!

I have to try this now!

This was pretty good for the calories (only 130). IMO, it tasted a lot better than Chobani's 100-calorie yogurt with toppings. I have the caramel fudge pretzel and the coconut chocolate left in the fridge and am looking forward to having those.

I haven't seen these yet! I must have them.

So I tried one of each of the cinnamon bun and red velvet oreos. I agree with most people here: the red velvet are better. The cinnamon ones are alright, but not really that reminiscent of a cinnamon bun to me. The cinnamon flavour is a bit weak I guess. Not bad, but I don't have any trouble not eating a ton of them (which I can't say about the lemon or mint ones, two of my favourites). I preferred the gingerbread ones over the cinnamon bun. I really like the filling in the red velvet though!
Yeah, I tried four cinnamon Oreos today and had this problem. They were good, but the I was too caught up in the hype, especially after white fudge Oreos! I might try to microwave them like @hgycta mentioned. I tried the red velvet last year and didn't really enjoy them. :/

At least I've got Girl Scot cookies soon!

Thank God the White Fudge Oreos aren't a year round thing.

Mmmm prosciutto. When I was a kid my dad had a friend who did Italian imports and he'd get a whole legs of the stuff. So good.

Wow. How many pounds is that? I had never tried prosciutto prior to yesterday, so I walked back to the store and bought a bunch of different brands immediately after trying it.

Oh it was huge, like 10 pounds or something! We used to eat it with cornichons. It was great, lol.

It pretty much tastes like chocolate yogurt, but it's much creamier than the Triple Zero stuff and it's pretty good. I'm not really seeing the 'cake' part though, and for 170 calories, I probably won't buy it again.

Yeah that's pretty much overnight oats. Tastier than I do it myself but I guess I don't put as much sugar in it either.

Mint Kitkats. I'm a sucker for mint and chocolate. I have a few bags of the minis stashed away in my freezer for a quick chocolate fix.

Well Kefir is tasty but in the liquid form, not filling at all for the calories, IMO. I'd much rather have some yogurt.

When you say chocolate yogurt, do you mean that in a good way or bad way? Because quite honestly I have yet to taste chocolate yogurt that isn't bad :/ How disappointing it doesn't have more of a cake or cream cheese thing going for it though, thank you so much for saving me that disappointment! 170 calories is definitely a lot more than I like spending on yogurt :pensive:

Well, it's chocolate yogurt... so it's always a bit of a let down, but it's one of the best chocolate yogurts I've had, if it helps, lol.
