Sunday, 17 April 2016
Just for today, I'm going to stick to my short-term diet hack.
Just for today, I'm going to spend some time on unpleasant tasks.1 -
17-4-16
- Few minutes on my home exercise bike.
- Few minutes with home hand weights
- Continue the supermarket search for a healthy bread
- Drink more water
- Eat less sugar
- Go for a walk in the local area
The magic of writing it down.
Today could have turned into a 'stay in your pjs' lazy Sunday, but writing the above spurred me on and I achieved all of the above, passing the 10 000 steps target as well.

I wish that writing it down meant I'd do it. There's really no magic in it for me.0 -
