its September 15 and just going to start this new challenge. I have not been on my fitness pal in a while so I will start fresh I want to lose some weight before all the holidays start. so I will start with challenge and hope we can continue through these next months...
I am from south Texas and we usually have warm weather so I like to be outdoors more often.. I will try my best in these next weeks so we can have some success....2 -

I don't feel it's too dressy...I've seen people show up in everything to what you have on all the way down to shorts and a golf shirt.
I would definitely bring a wrap or cover up or something though! Buildings are always colder than I expect!
I live in Michigan though and the weather is turning cold.

The weight is just not coming off as fast as it did April through August which I realize is normal. I'm happy it's just going down and my measurements are going down too.

MFP set my max calorie allotment based on personal parameters, goals, etc. When in the weight loss journey does MFP reset the calories lower?
It automatically changed roughly every 10 pound weight loss for me. I started at about 1900 calories daily and I'm currently at 1700. I haven't changed any of my goals or targets. It dropped by about 80 calories each time. Hope this helps.0 -
