    got one workout in, have to figure out what else to do tonight.

    I was reading some other teams threads, they were planning 2000-3000 burns for double and triple day! I thought I was a rock star with 1000....

    July 12 - 591 calories for me - I know that doesn't compare to some of you rock stars, but that is more than I've ever done before, at least on MFP :-)

    Hi all, I'm still at home sniffling and snuffling but it's lovely and sunny outside so I might go for a stroll later and see how I hold up.
    I did do some strength training yesterday so my truly pitiful contribution for July12 = 55 cals :sad:

    Okay, so I got home WAAAYYYYY Late last night (1am pst) so I did not log on.
    But I did 50 mins swimming (sorry I didn't do mre) and


    burned 661 Cal for Tues 7-12-11 which is 13.22 mi

    Sooooo if it's doubled than that is 1322 cal which is 26.44 mi

    Good morning all, I think my cold is on it's way out, I'm going to get up soon (any minute now......) and try a walk/run and see if it fills me with energy for the day.
    Captain, nice challenge idea but I'm worried about what happens to the "victim" - do they have to walk the plank?? Or just lots of push ups?
