    OK all, I have a question. What is 30DS?

    It's Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workout. It consists of three 6 min long circuits where you do 3 mins of strength, 2 mins of cardio, and 1 min of abs, using different moves in every circuit. There are also 3 levels, so you start on the first level and then move up a level every 10 days (or whenever you feel comfortable). The workout is short, about 20-25 mins and you do it everyday for 30 days, pretty intense, but effective!

    Haven't been able to exercise much the last few days...fighting off this migraine, but hoping to feel better soon so I can get back on it!

    July 1 - 50 mins spinning + 25 mins 30DS, 75/1440 completed
    July 2 - 25 mins 30DS, 100/1440 completed
    July 3 - 70 mins walking + 50 mins 30DS L1 and L3 + 30 mins Ripped in 30, 250/1440 completed
