ROFL I know exactly how you feel ... running starts at a 12 min mile ... so I just made up my own titles because it depressed me to list "walk" when I was running!0 -

600 calories today - was supposed to be a rest day but I had a horrible strenuous day at work with a ton of running .. and then I ran errands, and then grocery shopping. My body media says 1200 calories... but I took half of it!0

BigBeaver ATTENTION: Team AJ--The beav and the Mrs burned a combined total of 6933 calories today! Multiply that by 3 and you have 20799 for approximately 416 miles, HONK, HONK!!!!! Hope that motivates ya

I dont eat back my exercise calories... I eat more every day throughout the week and a little bit more the day of and the day after a hard workout like today...0 -
