    I confess...
    - I have eaten entire boxes of Entemanns Softees Donuts (the plain kind)
    - I feel hypocritical ordering fast food meals and requesting the bottled water as my beverage (but I do it anyway)
    - Tuesday, after a whole workday of healthy eating, I went home and devoured six Tasteycake chocolate cupcakes and some Friendly's Neopolitan ice cream
    - You will probably never see such items on my diary but this confessional was so cathartic.
