    All this talk about sweets makes me want to get some sweets on my lunch break today... I confess I haven't logged any meals in over a week and half..

    I confess that I have this magical (misconception) that I should eat properly and exercise regularly for like... a week... and then magically lose all the weight I want to! LOL.

    I confess I have been doing bang on stellar on eating and exercise the last few weeks and have probably dropped 5 pounds, but I am seriously fighting the urge to splurge and going to get a big ol' burger and fries instead of eating the salad I have.

    Grrr....the struggle is real.
