5 more pounds to break into 160's7

My mini goal is to get into size 8 (US size - that's UK size 12) jeans. Lost 11.5 lbs since going vegan last year, and looking forward to losing those last 7 lbs!4

Just scheduled a physical for May and I'm super pumped. It's been a year since I last saw my doctor and she told me I should "really do something about this weight" and suggested MFP. Which I ignored for like 2 months but then finally joined she should be happy that I'm down 70+ pounds! My mini goal is to have an actual beneficial doctor's visit that isn't overshadowed by my weight.25

Concept2's rowing season ends April 30th. I'm determined to reach 1M meters on the rowing machine by then. I have 142,159m to go.
Then the Marathon Challenge is early May, so I'll put the high training meters to work by doing a half-mary. That's 21,097 in one session. I'm up to 15,000 right now and adding 1k per week.
I'm going to work on 1 M meters for season 2017/18. So you did it for 2016. What was your sticking point, if anywhere?0 -

@Gemmi73,
I only started in October, so I've been pushing pretty hard. I'll just squeak it under the wire.
The discomfort increases as the meters increase.
- Got a good stretching routine going for my lower back, before and after, and including foam rolling. I'm only rowing 3 days a week, because I think rowing hard daily was too much for me.
- Training for speed requires a reduction in meters, so I actually lost a lot of ground as racing season approached. I was trying for distance and speed at the same time and it wasn't realistic.
- I learned how to apply tape to my fingers where the callouses are at risk of tearing.
- I put some padding on the seat and applied BodyGlide. Still haven't sorted this one quite yet. Considering actually buying a real rowing seat pad.3 -
Mine is becoming "overweight" instead of obese. I have 5 lbs to go. My scale currently hates me so I am just being patient and knowing it will come eventually.9

55 Years Old.......5 Foot Tall........Originally at 125, trying to get to 115. Hovering at 119. I really have to restrict my food and increase exercise to drop those last few pounds.......it's to easy to stray.........but I will persevere!8

Got past THAT goal and the mini goals just keep coming : ) next one is a big one so it might be awhile. It is to reach my 50 pound weight loss. Exactly 12 pounds to go!!
I DID IT! !!! 50.8 lost as of this morning! This feels great. Im wearing clothes I haven't in years. My goal looks doable. People comment all the time. Next mini goal no longer obese. 4.7 to go.
And the mini goals keep coming! I am no longer obese. This is the lightest new years day I've had in 10 YEARS!! Next goal is to make it to my lowest weight I was after ww years ago, where I stopped. 5.5 pounds to go.
And I reached that mini goal. My next goal is goal weight with 7.9 pounds to go. Its been a long road. I recently ended a 5 year relationship which got really strange after weight loss. Looking back to when I started this journey life looks completely different. I am nowhere near the person I was 70 pounds ago. She HAD to change.11 -
Lots of mini goals for me right now. 1 get rid of my pooch, last baby is 4 1/2 so just doing some at home stuff til September when he goes to kindergarten and I can have free time for the gym. 2 lift and firm the booty and boobs. 3 gain 6 more pounds, underweight my whole life except my 2 pregnancies. 4 my main goal, get off of my walker!!! Would love to be able to walk like I did back in high school. Have a form of cerebral palsy and don't want to end up like my mother, 53 can't go far distances since she never leaves her apt. I refuse to be in a wheelchair until my 60s like my grandma or even later if I can handle it!15
