I've been very busy since the month began so haven't actually started yet. But been walking a lot.
Since Jan. I've lost overall total of 31 1/8th inches.3 -
I did daily challenge,arms,glutes2

was doing the daily workout today and had a sharp pain in my calf physio think it might be torn calf muscle. i will continue with the challenges tomorrow that don't involve using this muscle. i was doing so well2

Day 6: triceps dips and butt lift challenge completed3

Day 6: tricep dip and guts/glutes challenges completed. might have to rethink the tricep dip challenge as my wrists are extremely sore. had surgery on both wrists so bending them in that way is not ideal. I will see how it progresses.2

Day 7 daily workout challenge but no jumping jacks or lunges or squat lunges due to calf muscles

Ok going for the beast workout. Hopefully
Downward dog n sit ups will get easier. The later probably due to god awful form.1 -

Decided to update every Friday instead of every day.

This is a dumb question. I am going to do a couple of the challenges starting tomorrow, but how do I calculate the exercise calories? Thanks in advance.
I use a timer & log my minutes as circuit training; calisthenics; low impact aerobics or stretching/yoga, depending on what you're doing.
