    7/4 - 15 minutes swimming
    7/5 - 64 minutes - walking, yoga, misc. strength
    7/6 - 16 minutes - strength exercises
    7/7 - 43 minutes - walking, swimming, misc. strength
    7/8 - 44 minutes - strength and swimming
    7/9 - 98 minutes - mostly walking
    7/10 - 109 minutes walking and 35 minutes jogging on treadmill

    July total - 432 minutes

    I'm out ... 24 hours per month is no challenge ... I'm doing sports for more than 60 hours a month ...

    24 is the minimum, if you do 60 normally go for 80. Either way be safe and Smash on!
