Saturday -- We decided to do a little bit of climbing (by bicycle) this weekend! I've kind of lost some of the little climbing skill I had so I figured I'd better focus on it a bit again. I was slow getting up there, but made it without walking and without too much stress. It's a start!
We had a warm climb at first (25C or so), and a lovely descent into Cygnet. Just as we got to Cygnet, it started to rain, so we headed for a small bakery and waited it out.
On the way back we had a little bit of rain, but nothing too serious. And the temperature dropped off to about 18C.
Distance: 41.42 km
Elevation: 698 m
Moving Time: 2:32:00
Elapsed Time: 3:10:59
Speed: Avg: 16.4 km/h | Max: 48.2 km/h

Tad bit late to the game, but I'm in! I'm going to go for the 24hours as well. I now need to step up my game--which I could use! (thank you runkeeper for keeping track of my activities)

Here's the 24 hour challenge thread for MARCH. Let's do it again!! And welcome to any newcomers!
The goal is to accomplish at least 24 hours of exercise during the month.(MORE IS GREAT) Any type of activity that you would log in your exercise diary counts (both cardio and strength training) ~ walking, running, paddling, biking, swimming, gardening, weight training, dancing, HIIT, aerobics, elliptical, rowing, circuit training, stretching, etc. You get the idea.
For you BEASTS out there (you know who you are), if you want to do more, just post your personal goal that is over the baseline challenge goal.
And for anyone who wants to join part of the way through, just post a comparable goal to finish out the month (for example, joining half way through, post a goal of 12 hours).
There is no group for this and no private messages needed. No fancy spreadsheets either, just report your running totals here in the thread.

I’m in! A little late, but I’ve already got some hours in. My goal is 40 hours!
03/01- 1 hour cycling, 15 mins yoga
03/02- 1 hour cycling, 1 hour yoga, 20 mins climbing (ascending rock and stretching)
03/03- 10 mins yoga, 30 mins cycling

I’m in, bit late but I’ve had a crazy busy few days! Last month my total was 44 hours... this month I'm aiming for 40 hours!
