I did not lose nor gain any weight this week.
I've hit a plateau (since 3 weeks I'm swinging between 80 - 78 kg. ) And I don't know what Im doing wrong I only do Jogging and some body weight exercises. Now I'm thinking about joining gym. Hope that will be helpful.

2) ✅ 60k steps. Even though I had no extra time I managed to walk for 5 days. I'm so proud of myself

3) in spite of my weight fluctuations and the mental stress it causes, I kept doing what I could do. And I'm happy I did not gave up .

I am 52 years old, five foot two inches and I work a sedentary job.
Woo hoo! Finally going down again. I am a little bit afraid it is only because I am somewhat dehydrated. I've been a little bit sick. I've basically switched to calories in/calories out because I want crazy stuff so much. I even bought a loaf of bread...but last night had toast and sugar-free popsicles for dinner.
I need to get back on my daily step goal and walking hourly at work. I just want to get into the 170s pretty crazily. I'm hoping for that by the end of March.

Although in transit currently, I have been able to get some good workouts in at the hotel & consciously seeking out veggies. Also enjoying Girl Scout cookies within my calories because my supply is limited. I'm very happy to have my husband also to help eat them.3
