OK, I put on 2 pounds on the cruise. Not terrible. Hope to get that off in a month. I was at maintenance before I went. Did 200 bonus calories (ones I don't count) this afternoon on the rowing machine.
Haven't heard from the tech guy yet.
I cooked 6 sausages so I can have a couple tonight and DH can have them in rolls tomorrow for "lunch for dinner " at the cricket. I've made a BIG pot of cauliflower rice to have with mine.
Definitely feeling more chilled now.

Good morning!
Up early and watched the 2nd half of “Moana” with DGD this morning. Now I need a nap! But I’m going make breakfast for the kiddos. Afterwards take a shower and take them to the Y. They said they want to play on the PlayPaloosa thing rather than swim. I think we will do both. I have to sit and watch in the playscape area and won’t get the exercise I need. I have really enjoyed the pool at the Y. It is 84f and there are noodles, flippers, goggles to use too. It feels so good to float and swim almost effortlessly. I feel really happy and like a kid, I don’t want to get out of the pool! But when I do I feel like I weigh 500 lbs
I would love to have another pool but with 93 huge trees it would crazy to try to clean everyday. Not only the leaves in the fall but just the daily dropping’s of pecans, acorns, small sticks and branches too.
The RVPARKY app is cool. We like to take Dolly for walks around the state parks around here. We live in a National Park, HOT SPRINGS NP is just an address. Actually Bathhouse Row is considered National Park and Lake Ouachita is in the Ouachita National Forest.
Michelle I love your ceramic frog! So cute!!”
Becca I hope your vertigo goes away for you. It sounds like an awful experience to go through.
Machka praying for Your and your hubby. I think about you often and how our lives can do a 180° turn in s blink of an eye. Just keep moving forward!
Better fix the kiddos some breakfast!
Bye for now!

Barbara I know my friend will be tempted to do too much to soon. I said to her listen to her body and try to be patient. They are planning a big trip in August to go to Europe so she is highly motivated.

I woke up at 7:30am, but then went back to sleep until 11 am! I did manage to get dressed, make up a meals list until next week, and a shopping list for husband. We'll see what he comes back with. Having items logged into mfp diary helps when you wish that certain kind of cereal! So on the list today is Special K Protein brown sugar crunch cereal! He can't possibly mess that one up!
Just have a splitting headache this morning, and want to do nothing but curl up on the couch.
Breathing better, my nasal passages were doing the flip flop thing. I turn and one side fills up, blow my nose, turn and the other side fills up. My ears are really aching, maybe just having vertigo for so long. Some people have it for years, how dreadful!
I put my hair in kid ponytails, hoping that will improve my mood. My husband has a hard time talking serious to me when I do. So at least my image presented shows I'm fun, when I don't feel well.
Hugs to each and every one of you!

Too hot outside to even venture out. Went to a Japanese BBQ restaurant for DGS’s Birthday dinner. It was very interesting because you have to cook your meal over a grill in the table. I was full after the appetizer.
Dr Katie- my grandson broke his foot and has a scooter. He was at bug camp last week and fell off his scooter while chasing a butterfly. Unfortunately, he skinned up the knee he puts on the scooter.
Found out the cruise is a go so now I need to get busy with planning and making lists. Kids are really excited.

My Moms husband is having foot surgery. They told him no scooter because too many people get injured using them.

I can see how people would get injured on their scooters if they aren’t careful. I do not like going down the slightest incline on it, like a wheelchair ramp, for instance. I can totally see how young folks would hotdog it. Shoot! I got out on mine and raced the grandkids on Father’s Day, me on my scooter and them on their plasma cars.5

Did the Low Impact Aerobics DVD today. The plan for tomorrow is to do Cindy Witmarsh’s Ultimate Butt Burn DVD
Okie – sounds as if your plans are like ours! Vince uses the tractor most times while I use the walkbehind and weedwack. I usually look at it as “I’m getting in exercise and sweating so I’m drinking more."
Exercised, then took some DVD’s that I’m trading with to the post office to mail, needed to buy stamps, then volunteered at the Green Room, now home, dinner ready to microwave, here and then in the pool for me. After the pool, had dinner, then went to Lowe's Hardware to get pressure treated lumber so we can put up my clock out by the pool. The lumber needs to dry out which is why we bought it now.
Dana – that’s a pookey snail! My MIL made a frog. I have quite a bit to work on in the back bedroom.
I try very hard never to go to the grocery store on an empty stomach and buy just what’s on my list. Most times it works for me. Especially the buying just what’s on my list. The thing I have a problem with is the free samples. I do like to try new things. My guess is that I have a problem with the samples because I will taste them knowing that Vince won’t eat them. Maybe I can get something for me?
Allie – congrats!!!! Look how far you’ve come!

Dr Katie: "I’m actually pretty blessed. This mess will be gone in 4 1/2 more weeks. There are way worse problems to have. Just a short while ago I was complaining about too much to do and being over-scheduled. Well, I’ve been given a prime opportunity to rest. " This reminds me of one of my mom's pithy sayings, "Be careful what you wish for. You just might get it." -- You're getting needed rest, which is a good thing. It sounds like you are doing well. Mom was Janet S :wink
M in OZ: I think cycling is one of the best forms of exercise, along with walking, swimming and yoga. Does your weather make it a pleasure during this season? I ride a stationary bike at the gym regularly before my yoga class. It gets my whole body tuned up for yoga & the day.
(((Rebecca))) Feel better soon! :flowerforyou:
Allie: CONGRATULATIONS ON BUYING YOUR CONDO!!!!! May you have a long and happy life there.
We worked our hearts out at the storage unit today. We moved large objects and cleared a place to park our RV once it is done being fixed. DH is exhausted and I hurt in places that I didn't know I had, but we've accomplished a big goal. It feels great!
