Total loss for July : 0.8 pounds. Or is it 2.8 pounds? I guess it depends when the starting point is. I was down 3.6 pounds in June and 3.4 pounds in May. But I was up 2.0 pounds between May 31 and June 1. So I think I'm over-reporting my losses.
I worked pretty hard on my river trip. Rowing 19 miles on day 4 with several hours into a STRONG headwind. I ate a LOT of food. Still lost some weight. It will pop back or not. So close to my goal!

Great... I'm in. I just found the June thread so I'm up for July.
I'll aim for 1.5lbs a week although 1 lbs more realistic and I'd be ok with that as some weeks I just sit on a plateau. So 5lbs a perfect goal per month.

Tomorrow is my "preliminary" first weigh-in since June 2nd: (198.2)....My lowest weigh-in was 193.6 (late May).
