    Deciding to focus on my excellent blood work, my improved fitness level (I returned to BodyPump this week as it was too hard on my knees 2 years ago.), and my health in general.

    Today, I feel a sense of freedom having released myself from “scale mentality” that will no longer weigh me down. (pun intended)

    This week's challenges: ate alot of not so healthy foods (but still stayed under calories). I feel like I'm holding on to water due to high sodium and that's why my loss wasn't as much this week. I will scale back on those foods.

    I have found it helpful to keep plenty of frozen veggies on hand. Steem in the bag in the microwave & eat whenever you get hungry.
    Broccoli is very filling & very low in calories.

    The Background:
    Current "Live Style Change" (Not a DIEt): 1650 kcal a day.
    Currently three times a week at the Gym, program of 150 minutes Cardio/Strength (mixed exercises 11/13).
    Every fourth-night a 60 minute session with a Personal Trainer.
    Every workday a three mile walk.

    Week 28 July 13 = 159.2 I'm okay with this. Had a very stressful work week. I let my boss get to me... should never do that!!! LOL.
    Week 29 July 20 - 158.6 Really thought that I had gained. Just wasn't able to get going dieting, again. So, I'm happy with this. Need to diet & exercise! What a nut!!!
    Week 30 July 27 - 158 Only dieted well 5 out of 7 days... and a little exercise but not nearly enough. I'm NOT giving up, yet!!!!
