Walked from the Car to the Office, then fgrom the Office to my bosses car, and he gave me a lift back to my car.

Obviously that sounds pathetic, especially getting a lift back to my car, According to the last time I SportsTrackered by walk from the car I'm parking 1460m (about 0.9 miles) from the office. PRobably about the same distance to my Bosses car,m had I waled that way and then onto my car I can makle as big a walk I want round the park, but a simple route from yesterday was 3460m.

was raining today, and intend cycling tomorrow (bag all packed)

I skipped my P90X workout this morning - got home at 2am and was drunk, so waking up at 5am was NOT an option. HOWEVER, I have martial arts class tonight, immediately followed by kickboxing class.

    I've been doing

treadmill 10 minutes at 2.5 to warm up,
I then increase the treadmill to 3.1 and incline of 2-2.5 and walk for 30 minutes
then move to exercise bike for 10 minutes or stair climber for 5 minutes
grab water drink no more than 1 minute.
then stair climber for 5 minutes
    1 minute water break
    stair climber for 5 minutes
then walk on treadmill for 5 minutes to cool down at like 2.0 speed.

Pretty sore, but I am trying to create solid habits. Takes 28 days to create a habit they say!
