    @MegaMooseEsq The running coach isnt a bad idea. To my knowledge there is no coaching available in our area. I'll see if i can find anything. Thanks.

    There are online ones. It is not as good as in person of course, but many people use them successfully. Might look one of them up.

    144 of of 160 km done. I'm a little annoyed with my self, I've done nothing to work on my lack of speed. I just start running, zone out, and all of a sudden I'm back home, having no idea of how far or how fast I've run until I check my phone.
