    Is there a problem with late night snacking if you have already calculated that into your allotted calories for the day? I eat two pieces of reduced fat cheese every night before bedtime (140 total calories). Is it worse to have calories later at night than say...two hours earlier? Just curious.

    Doesn't cheese give you funny dreams?

    My goal is to not binge on chips or candy after dinner. I already ate real food so these are just cravings that are not necessary or helpful to my body. With that said, I lost too my favorite sour strips from Buc-ees the last two nights lol! Now, the strips are gone. Good. :D

    I work mostly 1:00pm to 9:30pm. I have been having a terrible time resisting eating when I come home from work.
